Happy Holidays and New Year from NJ TSA!

Happy Holidays and New Year from NJ TSA!

Happy new year!

Happy Holidays New Jersey TSA! I hope everyone got what they asked for this season (and gave some too!), drank a lot of eggnog, had fun in whatever snow they could find, and is having an awesome time with family and friends. No matter the holiday you celebrate, don’t forget to spread some love to those who are close to you, especially your TSA family!

With all of the festivities coming to an end, a new one begins, that being the start of the TSA competition season. As the new year approaches, so does another chance to compete at States and move on to compete for a week at Nationals. As you may have heard, Nationals is being held in Florida this year! And after eating all of that food, and laying in bed and watching Netflix all day, now it’s time to get down to business. Your New Year’s resolutions may include working out more or being a little more productive with school work, but don’t forget about your TSA projects! Because let’s face it, every year, the urge to procrastinate takes over until the last week before States. Panic ensues and your best work may not have seen the light of day. Come States, the phrase “I could’ve done better” may have escaped the lips of a few at one point. We’ve all experienced it before, so maybe this year will be different… Actually, let’s not call it a New Year’s resolution. They only last a day or two anyway. Instead, let’s call it a “TSA Resolution.”

No matter which TSA competition you decide to take part in, remember: Work hard and don’t procrastinate! Get a head start on your projects and push yourself to your limits. After all, that’s what TSA is all about. And if it’s your last year in TSA like it is for me, I wish you luck in your competitions, in college, and the rest of your future. The new year awaits… See you then!
