Purpose of LEAP Competition Engagement
Each LEAP resume tracks the leadership activities and experiences a TSA member has completed as part of each competition. The LEAP requirement for competitive events is just one of many aspects of the LEAP program.
LEAP – which stands for “Leadership. Education. Achievement. Personal Growth” is a customized leadership program specifically developed for the Technology Student Association.
The purpose of LEAP is to encourage students to be the best member they can be as they seek knowledge about themselves, the organization, and their community, while demonstrating leadership.
