Show your love for TSA this wintry season!
Design and create with your chapter a Valentine’s Day mailbox with a valentine or two!
Components
- Mailbox
- Include at least 3 recycled components.
- Mailbox must contain a technological component; can be with sound, motion/motors, etc.
- Must include the TSA logo somewhere on the mailbox.
- Valentine
- Must be able to fit in mailbox’s slit or door.
- Use digital modern design technology for design, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Should include at least one image and one catchphrase.
- Must include the TSA logo somewhere on the valentine.
Documentation
- Must document all aspects of the design process.
- Name the 3 recycled components of the mailbox.
- Include software used for the design of your valentine and mailbox.
- Explain your chapter’s idea.
- Minimum length: One paragraph.
Requirements
- An included picture of the mailbox and valentine.
- A video of the mailbox utilizing the technological component, outlining the submission.
- Include in documentation any software used in the design of your valentine and mailbox
- Brainstorming, designing, prototyping, and the final design.
- One paragraph summary explaining your chapter’s idea.
- Should use attractive design properties in aesthetics of the final product.
Submission
- Email your picture, video, and documentation to tsachall@tcnj.edu
- One submission per chapter
- Deadline: EXTENDED TO February 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM
- Make subject of email “Valentine’s Day Design Challenge” and your school’s name.
