Internet Privacy: Who knows you better – Google or your neighbor?
PROMPT
The Internet age has transformed the way people read, shop, and communicate. Just as your friends know your opinions, interests, and hobbies, the data collected from the Google search engine tracks your keystrokes and learns about your interests in order to customize your search experience.
Carefully read the following three (3) sources including captions and any introductory information for each source. Then synthesize material from at least two (2) of the three (3) sources. Incorporate the material into a coherent, well-written essay in which you develop a position on who knows you better – Google or your neighbor.
Your argument must be the focus of your essay. Use the sources to develop your argument and to support the reasoning for your position. Avoid merely summarizing the sources. Indicate clearly which sources you are referencing, whether through direct quotation, paraphrase, or summary.
